We first met with Paul and Ralph at the Toronto showroom location. They were patient and enthusiastic and honest and knowledgeable! From this first encounter, start to finish, the entire staff was fabulous. They completed our custom order of a couch,love-seat, wing chair and ottoman ahead of schedule and they delivered on time. The delivery team,Mike and Julian, arrived happy and full of positive energy and lifted our new pieces into perfect place. Such nice guys to have in your home!
