My furnace was breaking down in the middle of winter and City Air Conditioning & Heating were able to replace it very quickly. All the work was done in one full day. Their rates are very reasonable and I was able to obtain a high efficiency furnace for a great price.

My Air Conditioner broke down on one of the hottest days of the year. I contacted City Air immediately and they sent a technician to review and resolve the issue. The problem was complicated and not as straight forward as I had hoped but City Air detected the issue very quickly and solved it without having to go the expensive route of replacing the unit which I know a lot of companies would have recommended. The technician was knowledgeable, persistent and very personable. Thank you City Air for another great job. You are reliable and always have the customer first.

My Furnace stop working last night and my house was freezing by morning. Called a few companies last night and made a first thing in the morning appointment with City Air. It was really hot out on Friday and my air conditioning, was blowing warm air. I contacted City air and they were able to come out to see us within 3 hours. My A/C unit recently broke down so I called Sonny and he stepped in immediately. Send out Rico and partner to install a new A/C unit and replaced my 18 yr old inefficient furnace. Rico and team stayed until the eraly hours of the next day to ensure we had a working A/C system (during the hottest days of this month) and came back the next day to complete the job. I called city Air conditioning on a Saturday after googling HRAI contractors in Toronto, they answered, took my info. and nature of the problem, then they gave a quote. I said I will shop around. Then Sylvio called back, said he is was heading my way and could drop by to look at it. it turned out it only the joint valve needed changing and Sylvio was kind enough to agree to do the work right away and at a GREAT rate! This is how service should be. Next time, For all our HRAI, HVAC needs, we call City Air Conditioning and Heating.

I called Silvio and Dave about the gas heater for my pool. It is 24 years old and thought I would have to spend $3k for new one (including installation). Both Silvio and Dave said that it was worth keeping my old one as the ones are not that well built. They rebuilt it for $1200 total and when they found out later how complicated it was (because of the design and wiring), they put the extra effort in and did not complain or ask for extra. They honoured their price and did excellent work. Really professional all the say.

Furnace was not working, City heating came to the rescue. Sylvio was a very helpful guy, Didn't have to wait long in one hour he showed up. Give me some tips to how to maintain my furnace and will definitely recommend them to all my friends.

City air were able to get central AC to the third level of an old victorian house. Something another contractors said was not possible. It has made a big difference in the whole home this very hot summer. They were prompt and fast and left nothing undone.

Fixed my AC quickly and efficiently

City Air did an amazing job when my air conditioner broke down on one of the hotest days of the year. The issuewas not an easy one to solve and I thought I would have to purchase a new one. But the technician quickly found the issue and repaired the unit so that I was backup and running that day. Called city air Toronto on Friday spoke ith Cesear and explain what the pool heater symptom was and made an appointment for the next day. Cesear texted me 1hr before arriving. He diagnosed and fixed the trouble in about 45mins. He was also happy to explain what he did to fix the problem and also what to keep an eye on.that was last Saturday. The heater has been working fine all week. Would definitely recommend city are Toronto Pat-Rexdale

After 50 odd years of using oil heat, I finally decidedto switch to a gas furnace to save on heating costs. I was quite nervous as I had never done this before, however, my experienced with City Air Conditioning and Heating was extremely easy. City Air walked me through the process and answered all my questions and concerns. They also helped guide me regarding the arrangements for having the gas hooked up. On the day the furnace was installed they showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. It was all smooth sailing. There technicians were polite and very kind. I would highly recommend using them.

When we bought our house 16 years ago, Sunny's company sticker was on the old boiler furnace. We called him and he serviced it well till 6 years ago when he 30 year old furnace died. He installed a new high efficiency boiler and we were saving a ton on our heating bills. After 3 years the aluminum boiler started to leak, The manufacturer gave us a hard time but Sunny went to bat for us and got it replaced, incurring a lot of unrecouped costs he did not charge us for. We now have the new replacement and the works great. Sunny is honest, dependable, trustworthy and stands behind his work and his word. You could not ask for more from a contractor. I highly recommend Sunny and City Air. You won't be disappointed!! ( and he is not a friend or a relative)

We had a leak appear out of no where in an older pump in our boiler system. I was able to reach Sunny on the phone at 8am and he took the time on the phone to really understand the problem before scheduling the appointment. Sunny and a helper came out later that day, rapidly confirmed the initial assessment, replaced the faulty part, tested and restarted the system and were on there way without hassle. Great response. Great service. Price was reasonable/expected since pump replacement part is going to be $400-$500 just for the part.

Sylvia Tomsei installed a new Furnace in our house in January. It was an emergency as our furnace broke down on a very cold evening. He came promptly. He was curtious and did an meticulous job. Very trustworthy. He even fixed a problem we had been having with even heat distribution for years. No one else could ever solve this problem. Our master bedroom is over our garage and is always cold in the winter. Thanks to Sylvio it is now nice and warm. His knowledge and recommendation of a furnace was very helpful. He got us a stronger fan that solved the problem. Much to our surprise. Sylvia called us yesterday to do a follow up and make sure the furnace was running well. He came today and not only did he check up on the furnace, he made sure the Air Conditioner was working well. We just bought it a couple of years ago from someone else. He noticed it was dirty and that one of the pipes was corroded. It wasn't his work, however he installed a new pipe and cleaned up the Air Conditioner. He gave us some very helpful tips on how to maintain and preserve the Air Conditioner. I wish the people who installed the Air Conditioner would of taking the time to show us these things. He did this all as a courtesy. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Sunny identified the problem quickly, tracked down the part that was needed and fixed the problem within a few hours of my call to him. I greatly appreciated his help. Sunny and his assistants have been maintaining my rooftop heating + AC unit ever since I moved into my present condo apartment. At first there was a problem with ignition that the original contractor could not fix, but Sunny figured out that a crucial screw was just a little too long. He replaced the screw and that problem was solved very cheaply. When the motor finally gave up in the dead of winter, they came immediately and installed a replacement. The latest and biggest job involved replacing weatherworn ductwork and wrapping it properly to minimize heat loss. They are reliable, their rates are reasonable, and they really understand the mechanics of heating systems.

Sonny is an exceptional guy who made me feel most comfortable about my choices. He was very patient explaining what I needed and how everything was going to take place, what the warranties were all about, what my options were, etc... The City Air installers did a great job. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and extremely confident that I will be a City Air customer for a long time to come. Sonny gave me the best bang for my buck and more.

Awesome service! The initial call was to try and fix my old heater. The old heater was beyond repair but the service man stayed for three hours to try and fix it and couldn't. He only charged me for one hour. Since that heater was no good (I had bought it used) , I decided to buy a new one through him. He came a week later with the new heater and did a great job with the installation. He even brought brackets so he could elevate it for easier access. He had all the right equipment and it didn't take very long. Now my family is happy because we have a heater that works and takes up little space. I will definitely be using this company for all my air conditioning or heating needs.He did his best to save me money and was very presentable and friendly.
