Furnace stop working some time last night (around 8 pm) I called Improve Aire It was late but talked to Sherry and she sent out a technician named Moe. Thank you for the quick emergency service and subsequent replacement of my old furnace. The two installer were very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful keep sure not to let out my cats. I visited Improve Aire store in Improve mall. The show room looked very nice and neat. I met Alex. Alex was very patient and educated me which air conditioner is best for my budget. I purchased my Ac from Alex. The installation booked a few days later. Soheila and Ali were Installers. The used drop sheet from entrance door to the furnace room. Their work was very neat and professional. I am happy with Improve Aire ?s service. I recommend Improve Aire to everyone.

Buyers beware! I wanted to share with you the nightmare that I've had with this company because no one else should have to deal with them and go through what I've gone through and continue to go through with them.They come across as friendly and will likely offer you a good price but the level of incompetence and dishonesty is astounding. Here are some of the things I've had to deal with:1. Creating huge unnecessary holes in my drywall and exterior walls against my builder's instructions (see photos that I've attached) and then taking months to "fix" them using their own workers who didn't have the first clue about drywalling (see photo). The work had to be completely redone by my builder that I had to pay extra for.2. Telling me the height of my fireplace is fine and then after the frame is built, telling me the height is actually not okay and costing me more money to redo the framing3. Doing a bait and switch on the interior of my fireplaces. They covered up the fireplaces telling me that it's to protect them. Once I opened them up and saw that it was entirely different from what I ordered, I asked them to provide me with what I ordered. They said they can't find their notes and since the invoice didn't specify which interior it was (we had asked Alex the sales guy to put in the specific interior when we bought the fireplaces and he had told us that it was fine because it was in his notes), they would not replace it with the proper interior.4. They messed up the exterior vent and wiring of the fireplaces so that we couldn't pass the gas inspection. Although they have a warranty on their fireplaces, they won't come and fix their mistakes.Do not for any reason deal with this company. If you do, you will regret it having spent far more time and expenses dealing with these swindlers.P.S. You can see from their response to my posting that:1. They think fixing their own holes is "unreasonable" and "extra work".2. They think that asking for the fireplace interior you ordered (logs and pebbles) instead of accepting a completely different fireplace interior (glass) is asking for "free things".Run, don't walk far away from this company!

I had great experience with Improve Aire at Improve Mall. they seem to be very knowledgeable about their product, when comparing them with other companies, their sincerity is great with their customers. Very patient and very professional. When I talk with the other companies, they do not spend enough time the way these people do. When one of my friends who is a builder and purchased all their products from this place, Moe personally supervised the installation and the installer Sam was very professional. He even referred him to his friends and contractors.He was Fast, neat and on time.Construction and renovation can be pretty overwhelming, but they were amazing and made it look so convenient and easy. Thank to all Improve Aire Staff and wish them the best.

Our fireplace looked very old and dirty. I called Improve Aire in Vaughan and ask them for the special price that they offer to service gas fireplaces. Alex answered the phone. They set a time for a service man to come to my place and service my fireplace. The service man was very nice and look very professional. He Put drop sheets on the areas that he was working. He removed the glass and cleaned it with a special solution. He also removed the logs and made sure all ambers are there. Now my fireplace looks like I just bought it. I am very happy with their service and price. I recommend them to everyone who need to get their fireplace serviced professionally.

A great showroom for fireplace and heating systems

I and wife were thinking about purchasing a fireplace for our living room. After lots of shopping around and visiting several fireplace show rooms. We decided to purchase our fireplace from Improve Aire. We visited Improve Aire showroom in Improve mall. Sherry at the front desk was vey helpful. She explained the different options that we could choose from. The she made an appoint to meet us in our place.Mr. Krill who is the technical adviser of the company came to our home and reviewed all possible options with us. If it was not for Improve Aire, We would not have enjoyed the beautiful fireplace that we have now. The service was great and the price was amazing. We strongly recommend Improve Aire to every one because they care about their customers.

A great HVAC company with good services.

We had our new AC installed by this company in Sept. 2017 with 2 years warranty. The dealer named Alex. However after a year the AC fan making terrible noise. We contacted Alex to send someone down to check. He asked us to record the noise to investigate. We did and when the technician came to check, there was no noise so they couldnt do anything. We also thought it is fine. However this summer the noise comes again. We called and messaged the company many times in order for them to send someone over for checking. They asked us to record a video and we also did. the noise of the fan is so loud that we got complaints from our neighbors because it disrupted thier sleeping. However the retailer Alex and the technician promised to come but they never come. We have called and sent them hundred of messages and got no replies. I am sitting at their office now to meet them in person and no one is here. This company is a scam. They are super sweet when you purchase but if the product has problem, they will ignore you. Please dont ever and ever purchase from this company.
