Neil was very knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly hard working. He under-promise and over-deliver. He is extremely passionate and put his heart and souls into the work, you can pay a design and architecture company double or triple but that doesn't mean their hearts will be in it, you can't buy that. Neil and his team are just phenomenal! We hired Synergy Design and Build based on a friends refill to design our new home and to help us secure an approval from the city.
